Your booked time and payment will be confirmed at Great Memories Sweden AB and at the organizer so that all that is needed from the customer’s part is a valid passport with the booking number of the organizer immediately before the experience begins.
For the customer’s sake, we can recommend to print the booking confirmation to ensure that you bring your correct address, booking number and the like.
All gift boxes have a validity period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, extensions of dates are not possible at this time.
Payment handled via Payson, Stripe, sensitive data handled via SSL, of course follows the PCI DSS Act. You can choose to pay with Invoice, Part payment, Card (Visa, Mastercard), SMS and Internet Bank (Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, Swedbank). Read more on the respective websites.
3. Right of Bye
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change experience, it is also not possible to change the time of existing booking after a purchase has been completed. This is because none of our organizers offer the opportunity to change time.
4. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
For the same reason as stated in paragraph 3, Great Memories Sweden AB unfortunately can not offer either a right of withdrawal or an open purchase of all experiences, as some of our organizers do not offer this. However, there are some providers who offer money back if weather or external factors cause the experience to not take place. Contact us for more information. We therefore recommend carefully checking the schedule before booking.
Current gift boxes apply for 14 days of purchase. In order for the return to be valid, the customer must return the box without damages, and at his own expense. A confirmatory email on the return will also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any dispute arises, Great Memories Sweden AB chooses to comply with the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
The customer is entitled to a refund on departure or if the organizer cancel. Read more about this under Insurance.
8. Complaints and Warranty
Great Memories Sweden AB is a reseller for various organizers. All sales occurring are in their own name and Great Memories Sweden AB is the customer’s contractor when purchasing.
Existing gift boxes are not responsible for Great Memories Sweden AB for damaged goods, or indirect or direct losses, and Great Memories Sweden AB does not replace any trade marks.
Through agreements with the organizers, they are bound to deliver agreed experience and meet the quality requirements and implementation requirements set by Great Memories Sweden AB. Great Memories Sweden AB is responsible for the performance of the experience in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. If you want to advertise the performance of an experience, the complaint should be sent to email@example.com. Great Memories Sweden AB recommends the customer to address any maladministration already in connection with the implementation directly to the actual organizer during the experience. Any complaints will be investigated by Great Memories Sweden AB together with the organizer and a response to the advertising customer will always be made within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint by Great Memories Sweden AB. If the complaint is approved, refund will be made to the customer within 30 days of the receipt of the complaint. In case of dispute, Great Memories Sweden AB complies with the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
9. Minor buyer
Approval from a goalkeeper is required for a purchase to go through.
10. Organizers’ unpredictable events
Should the organizer go bankrupt or change place at his facility, compensation in the form of gift cards will be offered to the customer.
11. Deny purchase
Great Memories Sweden AB owns the right to refuse a purchase in individual cases or change a customer’s order.
Please note that IP addresses are stored and false orders are reported to you for your security.
12. Delivery of gift boxes
You can choose from a gift box sent by mail or to receive a voucher via email. The faster delivery method is via email, then your order will be sent directly to the specified email address in the comments field. We order the delivery of mail delivery on the same day and should take 1-3 business days (weekdays). When ordering during the holiday, we send the next weekday. When ordering more than one box, the package may not fit in the mailbox. The delivery will then be announced and picked up at your nearest post office. The delivery may result in delivery delayed by one day. In the event of non-delivery, Great Memories Sweden AB has no opportunity to repay for the delivery cost. In these rare cases, we will send the order again by mail or via digital delivery.
13. Changes to Terms
Great Memories Sweden AB has the right to adjust any changes to these terms and conditions. The customer’s order is, of course, covered by the terms of purchase available at the time the order was made. Exceptions to changes that must be made by law, authority or regulation.
